Returns

Returns and Exchanges 
A return of purchased items is permitted within 30 days of receipt date. Unsatisfactory condition, damaged items or manufactured defaults must be reported within 48 hours of receipt date. Proof for return must be provided to a sales consultant in order to process the return. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable for other reasons than stated above. Once return is approved, refunds are credited in the original form of payment. 
 
Return Eligibility 

Items must be in acceptable condition to qualify for a refund or exchange. When returning fragile items, please carefully pack your item to ensure it is not damaged in transit. The below categories are final sale and cannot be returned, cancelled, or exchanged:

  • Art
  • Items that require any form of customisation 
  • Sale Items 
  • Items Marked “Non-Returnable” 
  • Gift Cards 


Additionally, all international orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. 

 
Gift Returns
We are happy to issue store credit equivalent to the products purchased total value directly to you. To process a gift return, contact a sales agent in store. You may return gifts from your Wedding or Gift Registry up to 30 days after your event. Proof of purchase is required.
 
Website Returns 

Should you want to make an in-store return of an item purchased online, we will gladly accept your return and issue a store credit to your account. The below categories are final sale and cannot be returned, cancelled, or exchanged via online purchase:

  • Art
  • Items that require any form of customisation 
  • Sale Items 
  • Items Marked “Non-Returnable” 
  • Gift Cards

In order to return an item, please provide copy of tax invoice.
