Standard Pricing and Payment Terms
The prices displayed on our website and in stores are quoted in South African Rands only. All prices displayed in-store as well as on our website are inclusive of VAT. We require full payment of the advertised price in store or on our website before products will be delivered or collected by you at our warehouse. The product remains the property of Frederick Sinclair until payment is received in full and proof of payment has been issued to a sales consultant. All major credit and debit cards as well as EFT payments are accepted in store and on our website. Should you wish to pay via EFT, a proof of payment must be forwarded to the sales consultant who processed your order. Please allow 3 business days for the receipt of EFT funds to be confirmed. Goods will only be released for collection or delivery once the receipt of funds has been confirmed. Please retain your invoice as proof of purchase. Regrettably, no returns, exchanges or refunds will be considered without the original invoice. Prices on the website and in-store are subject to change without notification.
 
Custom Orders Pricing and Payment Terms
On all custom orders you will be provided with a quotation via your sales consultant and it is your responsibility to verify the correctness of all information on the quotation before Frederick Sinclair contacts or places an order with its third party suppliers or manufacturers. For any custom orders, a deposit of 100% upfront is required. Custom Orders may not be cancelled prior to delivery for any reason whatsoever. In the case that a custom order is cancelled, you will forfeit any amount already paid for the custom order. Lead time and production for custom orders depends on the nature of the product and its availability. The lead time will be communicated to you via your sales consultant and he/she will inform you of any delays should there be any on your specific order. 
 
Delivery and Collections
A delivery fee is charged on all orders should you require transportation. You will be charged for the cost of delivery which will be reflected on the appropriate invoice and will be calculated based on the location of the delivery address. Goods can also be arranged to be collected from our Warehouse which is based in Maitland at no additional cost. Alternatively small décor items can be purchased or collected at our shop at 8 Watson Street, Cape Town. Once delivered or collected the care and maintenance shall be the responsibility of the purchaser. 
 
Product Assembly
Frederick Sinclair offers free assembly of products bought from our store either in person or online when products are delivered by our team via our delivery service. Product assembly by customers is not recommended. Should you opt to assemble products, kindly refer to assembly instructions included with the product. Frederick Sinclair does not accept responsibility for items damaged due to incorrect assembly by a customer. Such items will not be considered for returns or refunds. Customers are to refrain from using Frederick Sinclair delivery staff to move or place items in their home that are not included in the sales invoice.
